Training for Nurses on Shift Work and Long Work Hours
This self-paced online course explores health and safety risks associated with working long shift hours and provides strategies to reduce and manage these risks. The interactive course, with quizzes and video testimonials, takes about 3 hours to complete and is available for both mobile and desktop devices. Continuing education certificates will be available for persons who complete the course.

Understanding the Evidence for Off Label Use of Atypical Antipsychotics
This CME and Self-Assessment activity is supported by a grant from the Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality (R18 HS021944). It is a multi-part interactive online CME program to disseminate evidence-based information on off-label use of atypical antipsychotics in the treatment of psychiatric disorders. The program consists of a Self-Assessment and 10 eFOCUS clinical case surveys and provides up to 25 AMA PRA Category 1 Creditsâ„¢ for completion of the series. This program is available without charge to all participants.

DCoE Semi-Monthly Webinar Series
The DCoE hosts monthly webinars to provide information and facilitate discussion on a variety of topics related to psychological health and traumatic brain injury. The webinars are open to the public and many provide continuing education.

It is an example of how translational neuroscience can provide clues for the development of promising novel therapeutics.
Neuroscience and Psychiatry Module Two: Fear/Safety, Anxiety, and Anxiety Disorders
This module describes neuroscience research on animal models of fear that informed human studies of fear/safety, anxiety and anxiety disorders. This model helps shed light on the symptoms of PTSD and lead to the development of a novel treatment that has been successful in research studies for several anxiety disorders.
